Sheri Fisher has been practicing yoga since 2005 and completed her 200-hour Teacher Training in power vinyasa flow in 2010. She is a 200-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance), and studied Budokon yoga, which is a blend of power yoga and martial arts. Sheri teaches yoga as part of her career as a life coach and enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge with her students. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Studies. She moved to Park City in 2015 with her husband, Tom, after they became “empty nesters.” Sheri is an Intuitive Life Coach and a writer, and can be seen skiing, running, biking, lifting weights, and hiking.
